The American multinacional company brought together the best specialists in Paris in an educational session at the highest level to know and learn about last novelties in Sagittal First and other technics in orthodontics with the best speakers in the industry. A three days agenda for this event, including plenary session and welcome coktail, in which more than 300 professionals in medica and dental sector converged.

Three pieces of LED screen installation

The conception for this audiovisual structure based in a three pieces LED screen on the main stage playing with volumens and spaces on the back. The installation consisted in a LED screen of 3.9 mm pixel pitch measuring 19 x 3,5 meters which allowed to offer the best image quality. Wahtchout system management control was used for displaying content and Sono was provided also with Keynote materials for different speeches presentations. Sono covered the event with a two HD cameras retransmission to ease the attendee’s follow-up. sono provided also sound and lightnign equipment for the ocassion. We gave also simultaneous interpreting services facilitating receptor for two languages. Three annexed rooms where besides fully equiped with video projections, lightning and audio system to run parallel meetings.

The intermediary agency, LIVVA Solutions, looked for the trust and the security to not fail in a global event of such magnitude. The fact is that the weight of the audiovisual elements was crucial to transmit the message of hihg-technology placed at the service of people.

For Sono was another great opportunity to handle successfully the challenge laid out by a client who looked for having control to the extreme every detail to offer the best of the communicative experiences. Moving technical team to Paris denoted to assure a perfect and fluid development of the symposium under the base of Sono’s quality standards, demanded also by the client.

It is not the first time that Sono provides me with audiovisual services for this kind of event to Henry Schein Orthodontics. Sono was responsible of running AV technical needs for the 2016 and 2017 meetings held in W Hotel Barcelona.
