Sono was the provider of integrated audiovisuals for the event, which brought together more than 30 professionals in marketing and publicity. The event was held at Cinesa Diagonal cinemas in the Catalan capital.
Sono Tecnología Audiovisual was tasked with supplying and setting up the audiovisual equipment. The installation included BARCO E2 screen management system for visualising content in two windows. The images were projected onto the screen in the hall and there was an HD control rack for covering the event through three cameras. There was a monitor system for those speaking, with a 40" LCD screen, and a full michophone system, and audio support consisting of four NEXO loudspeakers and monitors.
Sono was also responsible for event lightning, with four moving head robots that offered different light textures, which gave atmosphere to the space between those giving speeches and the question and answer sessions. There were also six Prolight moving head robots and nearly 20 decorative spotlights for the access aisles.
Data intelligence and machine learning, keys to the future
As co-sponsors of the event we had the chance to actively participate in one of the round-table events organized during the session. While in the company of big-name brands such as Iberdrola, Privalia, Danone, Pepsico, l'Oreal, Mediacom and Desigual, Carlos Henao, director de Marketing at Sono Tecnología Audivisual brought to the table our vision as specialists in audiovisual technology of the present and future of publicity and marketing, and of its increasing integration into the intelligent use of data in the events sector.
Data driven, programmatics, machine learning, privacy, IoT, hyperconnectivity and the new marketing for the intelligent robots were some of the terms that resonated most during this session lasting almost eight hours. More than 500 people attended in Barcelona, and the previous event in Madrid was also a success. It is hoped this will be repeated in the Dominican Republic in September.
